Hotels are found in most of the towns and villages in Finnmark Norwegian Lapland. They are generally of high standard both with regard to accommodation and food. Several also have favourable summer prices, including holiday passes and discount schemes.

If you want an overnight stay at Motels, boarding houses and youth hostels, they can be found in most areas.

ACCOMODATION AT CAMPING SITES
Finnmark Norwegian Lapland has a wealth of camping sites – from very simple, to very large and high-standard sites that also offer an assortment of activities. At some campsites it is also possible to empty motor caravan and camping toilets.

ACCOMODATION IN CABINS
Fisherman’s cabins are found along parts of the coast of Finnmark Norwegian Lapland, and you can order accomodation here. These cabins originally provided simple overnight accommodation for fishermen. Today they are available in all categories, from very simple to very high standard.

ACCOMODATION IN AN ICE HOTEL AND SNOW HOTEL
Both in Alta and in Kirkenes you can visit and stay overnight in hotels made of snow and ice.
