The largest grocery shops:
Mon-Fri 09.00-22.00, Sat 10.00-20.00. Other shops: Mon-Fri (Thurs) 10.00-16.00 (17.00), Sat 10.00-14.00.
These opening hours also apply to chemist’s shops, post offices and the state-run off-licence liquor stores.

There is also a number of convenience stores and petrol stations that sell a selection of staple products until 23.00 (larger villages and towns often have 24-hour shops).
